Content of the Order

The order gave effect to the First Superior Tribunal's <doc id="pty-83573-21-2022-09-30-a" /> of September 30, 2022, which had reversed Order No. 1623 of September 27, 2021, by which the first-instance judge had refused to admit the original demand. It identified Lisa, S.A., registered at Folio 117512 of the commercial section of the Public Registry, as the plaintiff, and Juan Luis Bosch Gutierrez, a Guatemalan national, as the defendant. The court confirmed that the demand met the requirements of Article 665 of the Judicial Code and admitted it pursuant to Article 1370, which governs the special summary accounting proceeding. Attorney María Luisa Villarreal Palacios was recognized as judicial representative of the plaintiff.
