When courts in Bermuda, Panama, and Guatemala confirmed those rights, the controlling shareholders responded with sustained obstruction across jurisdictions: enforcement was refused, accounting was withheld, and hundreds of Guatemalan proceedings were filed to delay or extinguish Lisa's claims.

Active litigation fronts
I.
Panama
Panamanian courts have ordered Villamorey, S.A. to release more than USD $51.6 million in declared but withheld dividends. The orders are binding and final; compliance has not followed. Enforcement, accounting, and criminal proceedings continue.
II.
Guatemala
Since 1999, hundreds of cases have been filed in Guatemala to obstruct, delay, or extinguish Lisa's economic rights. Courts at every level have repeatedly rejected these actions as premature, defective, or legally untenable.
III.
International
Earlier proceedings in Bermuda and Switzerland produced the rulings that confirmed Lisa's shareholder rights and laid the foundation for the active litigation now underway in Panama and Guatemala.
