A public, primary-source archive

Twenty-five years of litigation against a minority shareholder.

Since 1999, Lisa, S.A. — a minority shareholder of one of Central America's largest poultry groups — has been denied the dividends, information, and shareholder rights to which it is legally entitled.

When courts in Bermuda, Panama, and Guatemala confirmed those rights, the controlling shareholders responded with sustained obstruction across jurisdictions: enforcement was refused, accounting was withheld, and hundreds of Guatemalan proceedings were filed to delay or extinguish Lisa's claims.

This site is the underlying record. Every claim links to a primary document — court orders, filings, judgments — published in full, in both languages, with no editorial summary standing between the reader and the source.
