Procedural Context

The effort to locate GALA follows investigative steps ordered by the Prosecutor's Office in prior resolutions. In the June 3, 2024 <doc id="pty-202300033850-2024-06-03-a" />, the Prosecutor ordered Villamorey and GALA to produce records. The persistent difficulty in notifying and obtaining cooperation from these entities prompted the involvement of the DIJ to physically locate GALA. This effort runs parallel to Lisa, S.A.'s attempts to serve Juan Luis Bosch Gutierrez, whose address in Guatemala was confirmed by his own defense counsel on March 20, 2025, as reflected in the <doc id="pty-202300033850-2025-03-21-b" /> for international judicial assistance filed the same day.

• Communicate to Kevin Moncada Luna the Prosecutor's considerations regarding the status of the commission before the DIJ.
