The motion requests that the attachment be communicated to the Public Registry and to Villamorey's legal representative, Ramiro López Nimatuj, through its resident agents, the firm Galindo, Arias & López, for registration in the company's Share Registry Book.
- The administration of Villamorey, S.A., registered at folio 9146 of the Public Registry, domiciled at Scotia Plaza, 11th Floor, Panama City. Lisa, S.A. proposes Juan Andrés Gutiérrez (Passport No. AM872399) as judicial administrator and requests that the Court execute the deposit of judicial administration.
The attachment is sought up to $51,643,208.80 plus interest accrued through full payment.
