The unfulfilled Resolution of July 3, 2024 admitted the complainant's request to direct Villamorey, S.A. and, alternatively, Galindo, Arias y López (GALA) as its registered agent, to produce accounting books, financial statements, and related financial documentation for the 2019-2024 period. Lisa, S.A. is a shareholder of Villamorey, and the requested information is essential for quantifying and documenting the alleged embezzlement under investigation in criminal case Cpt. 202300033850. At the time of this motion, more than thirteen months had passed with no response from GALA.

Attorney Jessica Canto, litigation counsel for the complainant, grounds the motion in GALA's complete failure to respond.
