In September 2022, while a US$44.9 million attachment of its assets stood in Lisa's accounting case, Villamorey filed two criminal complaints: one against Lisa's representative, calling Lisa's archived 2017 and 2018 complaints simulated crimes and extortion, and one against the judge who had ordered the attachment, alleging that she had ignored its objection to favor Lisa. Villamorey's lawyers notified the judge's own court of that complaint on September 22, and the next day the court lifted the attachment. The prosecutors archived both complaints in April 2023: no court had found Lisa's complaints false, and an error corrected on reconsideration was no crime. A third complaint, over a sworn statement by Lisa's representative, was archived in September 2024. In the extortion complaint Villamorey's lawyer told the prosecutor that Villamorey has no obligation to make the payments Lisa claims, the one statement of its view of the dividend claim in the published record.
